Sun Helen Isdahl Kalvenes (she/her/hers) is a communications designer with a Master of Arts (MA) from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in visual communications from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Design.

Originally from Stavanger, she is now based in Nesoddtangen, Norway, following several years living in California, Copenhagen, Berlin, and The Hague. Over the past 15 years, she has collaborated with design agencies such as Heydays and Pentagram, academic institutions including UC Berkeley, Type West, and Letterform Archive, as well as startups and technology companies like Meta, Notion, Google and Aidn.
Working across a range of roles, she has contributed to brand development, visual storytelling, and new communication strategies, with a consistent focus on inclusive and exploratory design.
Currently she is a designer and partner at Sol Seok and A.S.G.
